Aerosmith has lined up its first U.S. concert of the year — an April 2 headlining show at Margaret T. Hance Park in Phoenix as part of the 2017 NCAA March Madness Music Festival.
The rock legends’ performance will close out the three-day festival’s final event, the Capital One JamFest, which also will feature Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and some as-yet-unannounced acts.
The NCAA March Madness Music Festival coincides with the college basketball tournament’s Final Four weekend. The championship game will be held Monday, April 3, at University of Phoenix Stadium in Phoenix.
Currently, the Phoenix show is Aerosmith’s only scheduled concert before the band kicks off its Aero-Vederci Baby! European Tour 2017, which begins May 17 in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is plotted out through a July 8 date in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
